To reiterate, “The project wants to address the main needs of the population in this region of the world. The primary goals are to create a comprehensive local health care system with resources such as health centers, ambulance services, professional medical training for nurses and midwives, and training and equipping for first aid workers. In addition, the project wants to assist with clean drinking water, solar energy, waste disposal and recycling for the village, and scholarships for primary and secondary education (including for disabled children). The People of The Mahola Project Part 2 of 4

Dr. Mario Kossmann was one of the first four people who started The Mahola Project in December of 2012. Kossman, specifically, has been acting as Project Leader and Systems Engineer since the beginning. “Mario is an experienced Systems Engineer and Capability Integrator for Airbus, having previously worked for Blohm & Voss as Program Manager, Systems Engineer, Technical Manager and Consultant in Services Marketing. He is the author of the books Delivering Excellent Service Quality in Aviation (Ashgate 2006) and Requirements Management – How to ensure that you achieve what you need from your projects (Gower 2013), as well as numerous research publications in the fields of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering and Project Management.
